Valpar offers ongoing service and support for Joule FCE providers, helping to optimize Joule's quality and utility. At Valpar, we believe that product development does not end when a product enters the market -- it's just beginning. We have a long tradition of improving existing products by adding software upgrades and new reporting capabilities, among other things.

The Joule Provider Support System gives easy access to all upgrades, as well as offering the security of knowing you're backed by Valpar's technical and software support teams.

All software updates.
All manual revisions.
One annual Quality Assurance certification review per evaluator (Maximum: 8 evaluators).
Four hours* Joule trainer Telephone Technical Support.

*Additional technical/telephone support may be purchased at the rate of $20.00 per unit. All calls will be rounded to the closest unit. (1 unit = 15 minutes)
