We constantly strive to improve Pro3000, to keep it up-to-date and to provide the features that our customers want. Valpar's customer service representatives and trainers forward dozens of suggestions to our product development staff, many of which are incorporated into the modules of Pro3000.

There are always database changes to consider too. For example, the U.S. Department of Labor regularly updates its Dictionary of Occupational Titles. The DOT was radically revised in 1992 and minor changes were made in May of 1993. The SOC code structure was changed in 1994. SUS brings you all of these changes as soon as they happen.

Of course, there are the inevitable bugs that plague all software systems. We pride ourselves in having the most bug-free software in the marketplace and we work very hard to keep it that way. Any bug that a customer reports is promptly squashed and appropriate fixes are made.
