RHAJ - Revised Handbook For Analyzing Jobs
The RHAJ is published by the U.S. Department of Labor. It
describes a criterion-referenced method for analyzing jobs using
60 factors, most of which use a numerical rating scale. The
factors describe work in terms of:

- Physical Skills
- Cognitive Skills
- Temperaments
- Physical Demands
- Environmental Conditions
