Description: The System Manager is the hub of Pro3000. It is required by all other Pro3000 modules and provides basic housekeeping functions, such as data backup and system diagnostics, as well as the mechanism by which the modules communicate with each other.

In addition, it provides a People Database, which stores demographic information as well as a Comprehensive Qualification Profile derived from a variety of sources. (The Qualification Profile relates directly to the factors of the Department of Labor's Dictionary of Occupational Titles.) The System Manager provides search and report capabilities, based on any combination of data elements.
