Pro3000 O*NET
Description:
The O*NET module brings the Department of Labor's O*NET database to
Pro3000. Valpar
has enhanced the standard DOL O*NET database by calculating a 60-factor DOT profile,
based on the factors of the
Dictionary of Occupational Titles, for each O*NET occupation. This allows assessment
results from other
Pro3000 modules to be directly
compared to O*NET occupations. Job searches can be done using exact or
best fit methods, and a variety of report formats are provided.
Typical Uses:
Career Planning, Career Counseling, Career Exploration, and Job Placement
Features:
- 60-factor DOT profile attached to each O*NET occupation to facilitate searching and
comparison to a client's skills profile

- Search criteria can be preset from the O*NET database or from data gathered by
other Pro3000 modules
